I usually do, this year I won't tune into any democratic debates or anything. Possibly will tune in/research the Democratic leading candidates later though, but this year for me, that's questionable.

It's almost as if the GOP has planned to guarantee a Democrat win.

I think that it is setting up nicely for Kasich.

The extremes will have their say ..... and Kasich can speak to that group .... but he can also speak to those who actually want to have a President who can get things done, even if it's not particularly popular with his own party, and means working with the other side.

i really hope not, because Kasich, Paul, and Rubio would be awesome candidates, and i say that as somebody who pretty much despises the GOP.

yo do you think Kasich might get momentum tonight, especially since the debates are in his own backyard?(The Land). i know even dem's are pulling for the guy.

It's nice in theory, but splitting a 2 hr? Debate between 10 people, many of which love getting in the last word, does not play well for Kasich who is a think then speak, speaker. If the moderator is good then Kasich will take off, but I don't think the mod will be that great.

He may be wrong about the debate, but the one leading in the polls is the one kicking and screaming the loudest. At least among the GOP. I'm sure the ones who actually decide elections, the independent voters detest him the more he opens his mouth.

Yet you can't see how that's a huge problem. That's okay, I like how such an attitude is your biggest detriment to success and you seem to shrug it off.

That's why so many on this board who even vote GOP can't align with your thought process. Extremism by either party will only further divide this nation, not help to unite it.

It seems to escape you that uniting our nation as a people will only make it stronger. Your views only tend to further separate it. I'm certainly glad you represent an outer fringe of the GOP. If not, they would be lost forever.

I agree with you - she showed a good command on both domestic and foreign policy issues. When she attacked, it was with a stiletto instead of a machete. I like her. I also thought Perry and Jindal did a pretty good job. Graham sounded like he needed Prozac, although I took note of his one-note approach. He clearly knows he has no shot, but wants to make defeating ISIS a part of the debate. Gilmore, Santorum, and Pataki are also-rans and need to get off the stage. I think Fiorina will find herself on the big stage next debate, and I'm hoping it will be at the expense of either Trump, Bush, or Huckabee - or all of them.

IMO, the finalists should be Cruz, Rubio, Paul, Kasich, Walker, Fiorina, and Perry.

No doubt about it, she's destroy the polls as of now with a margin so large - be silly not to think she hasn't elevated herself with her display tonight.

First, I am not running for anything so what do I care how you vote. My point of view has nothing to do with my success, I am already successful.

Second, I did not come here looking to make Republicans out of anyone. This place was already Lib Democrat paradise.

Third, I could not care less about uniting the Nation because I am not that important to think I could.

I have my opinions and I let them fly. Like it or lump it.

I do tend to tick off guys like you who say they are Moderates but always take the liberal side of things. Who claim to hate abortion but constantly give reasons to justify it. Who call themselves Christians but constantly promote sin as ok and tolerant. I call you on these things constantly as you sit on that fence and sway this way and that.

So the next time you care to make a speech about me, look in the mirror and understand why it is that some guy with no agenda torments you so. Why it is that some guy who takes a stand and does not waiver from it, upsets you so.
