I saw a team play like a huge weight was lifted off their shoulders. Make no mistake, OBJ was the problem. That was made abundantly clear yesterday.
Baker looked like baker of last year. Everybody still claiming he’s a one read QB, go watch the tape. I told you guys there’s no way he’s a one read QB, it had to be Stefanski.
And sure enough, baker was speed reading the defense. Only complaint I have on O is Stefanski play calling at the goal line. Feed Chubb, or put it into bakers hands. That play calling for Landry to pitch it to Chubb was stupid. Landry would’ve had an easy TD just running it in, but hey the play call is the play call…
What I also saw was people need to shut up about joe woods and the defense. Just stop it. We held yet another good team and great offense to 16 points. We completely took their running ability away and smacked Burrow 14 times, including 5 sacks.
We have a tough game coming up. But this is how you want to go into the week. High and flying!!
