I'm sounding like my old self where I let my emotions run free. Dave was always my friend, and we could dump each others problems on ourselves as we both trusted each other enough to know those problems would go no further than ourselves. I am going to miss him like a parent for the rest of my days.

I think that's the biggest reason all of this frustrates me. So many people try to make it about politics which really detracts from the human, personal element of the situation.
