Didn’t quite make it by summer, but this morning I weighed 234, I guess being on 3rd shift was killing me. I’ve now dropped over 30 pounds. Now to drop another 30 by May when I see my doctor again. I walk on average 6 miles at work everyday. He will surprised, we’ve never talked about losing weight more than a few minutes over the years.
