How often do we talk about winning culture? And we don't care if we lose the last 2 games against division rivals because of a crap shoot in the draft - in a year which is considered a bad draft? Nah - I think winning is still important.

A winning culture is established by closing out games like the ones against the Raiders, GB, KC, LAC and Pitt earlier in the year.

Winning a couple meaningless games when absolutely nothing is on the line and the division champs likely resting their starters in one of them is not creating a winning culture. That's lying to yourself believing that creates a winning culture.

The Browns puked all over themselves nearly every chance they had to create a winning culture this year.
