A winning culture is established by closing out games like the ones against the Raiders, GB, KC, LAC and Pitt earlier in the year.
Winning a couple meaningless games when absolutely nothing is on the line and the division champs likely resting their starters in one of them is not creating a winning culture. That's lying to yourself believing that creates a winning culture.
The Browns puked all over themselves nearly every chance they had to create a winning culture this year.
I don't entirely disagree. But does it help the team towards a winning culture to lose the last two games?
