Most did not have him as worthy of the #1 pick in the draft - because he went to a small college, played against inferior competition - and had a completion rate of less than 57% both seasons as a starter. . . . College QB's for the most part do not become more accurate once they hit the NFL. Allen deserves mad props. Darnold was picked by the most number of pundits to be the safest pick. Rosen was next - then it was sort of a mixed bag of Baker, Allen and some Lamar.
