I think his second season should tell the coaching staff a lot about him. I think all of us knew he would need some work and time to develop. Sadly it seems since the NFL has turned from millions of dollars into billions of dollars there is no longer the patience to develop players. I don't think it's the money alone but also the pressure on HC's and FO's to win, and win now. Taking the time to develop players is dangerous to the careers of coaches and FO's.

For those reasons above I think Schwartz will have to make a splash next season or he may be moving on.

As far as Jarvis it's anyone's guess. I do not however believe the Browns will pay him 15 mil. next season. But then again that may depend on the cap hit it would cost to cut him and what kind of trade deal we may be able to find for his services.
