Damn, this board is proof we have created a "guilty until proven innocent society." The judge threw out the criminal case indicating to me the evidence was sorely lacking. My guess is the civil case will deteriorate. If that indeed happens, will those taking the moral high ground send a telegram to Watson apologizing for slandering his character? I doubt it. Perhaps we should all wait and see how it plays out.
