Just to be sure we keep it honest, the 13.6 billion was inside of a 1.5 trillion budget bill. It was not an independent "this is for Ukraine" bill.
So the guy who wrote the headline "This is how you write a headline to expose politicians operating in bad faith. Kudos to whoever wrote this at the @washingtonpost." Should reconsider "bad faith" initiatives.
