FATE	Well, they started looking at Deshaun in October of last season, so they were obviously willing to move on for a huge upgrade... and already weighing that upside against allegations and legal problems. I'd say they were ready to move on pretty early but very unsure they could get "the prize". And unwilling to do so for a minor upgrade.
