oobernoober	I have my doubts because those sanctions all happened when it was a foregone conclusion that Russia was going to steamroll Ukraine. I highly doubt they rolled out those sanctions with the intention of the true pay-off not happening until months/years down the road. I REALLY REALLY HOPE they didn't roll out sanctions knowing what it would end up doing to gas prices so that Russia could briefly line its pockets.
