dawglover05	Rand Paul did exactly that when it came to the tornados in Kentucky. IIRC, he has voted against federal aid to other states. All that aside, sticking with the theme that you and others have brought into the thread, I hope this situation resolves with minimal fallout. I feel terrible for the people in this situation. Mocking or carrying ill will in this situation would only acknowledge that we have all reached the lowest common denominator.
