Damanshot	Biden didn't need to be petitioned. He willing gave support and aid.. Not like the idiot before him,, PR gets hit hard, he flies in and hands out rolls of paper towels.. Or during major fires in Cali, he scolded them for not vacuuming the forest floor.. Most all presidents in my life time never looked at it as a red state vs a blue state... They just looked at it as a STATE and then did their part to help..
