leadtheway	I remember when Gregg Williams took over HC, the change in everything was stark, they were disciplined, played hard and the whole team seemed to be on the same page. Not saying he's who I want, I'm just saying a good coach can bring it all together and beta personalities like Stefanski try not to stir the pot. Thats not a good quality for a HC, five me Tom Coughlin style any day
