The article from Raw Story (first I've heard of this outlet) is a deflection. A terrible one at that.
It's actually a story that originated on Washington Post. It actually states that along with the author in the story I posted. But the Washington Post is a pay site. Using this source as a legal workaround to gain the story without being forced to pay for the content is what I did.
And it's only a deflection for those than wish to see it as such. We all know the "Twitter files" are only showing what they want you to see. We all know there are many documents that are not being revealed that may show the actual context of what we are being shown. But let's just ignore all of that and label it as a deflection.
