In terms of David Bell .. you alluded to it, but he doesn’t show anything athletically that makes him special. No size, no speed, no quickness, etc.
I watched other rookie WRs who came on strong and showed some nice ability. Bell was as bland as it gets.

The only thing he brings is he is a reliable receiver. He just doesn't get open enough to have the ball thrown his way. I blame Berry for that.
Bell was drafted after we had Watson. Berry should have known we were going to need to retool the O for Watson. We need quick twitch receivers who can turn on a dime as Watson turns on a dime to escape a pass rush. The receivers have to be able to break route and get over to a position where Watson can find them and get them the ball.
