Those are interesting videos. On one hand, they show a small snippet of what was reported. On the other hand, they show the whole situation.
Dude resisted arrest (for what I believe was a simple wreckless op charge) He fought the cops, resisted, and then fled on foot. At that point in time, every cop around was looking for him. They found him. He resisted arrest again, vigorously.
Now, there seems to have been enough cops around to have cuffed and stuffed him.
It's a sad situation. The guy is dead because he resisted arrest twice, while fleeing once. Don't resist, you get a ticket, a fine, your insurance goes up. cops could have/should have been able to, the second time, control him.
1 dead, 5 officers in jail. Because a dude didn't want a ticket.
