"Guru" is a poor choice of words on my part.

What I'm getting at is that Schwartz has coached some great DL players at the NFL level. His defenses have been marked by solid DL play. I don't think there will be any mincing of words or crossed signals in what he expects.

The description of Hill's play style reminds me of Takitaki. It took three years to reign him in. I don't expect it to take Schwartz long to diagnose Hill's issues and set him on the path he expects. That's all. If the upside is there, we'll see it quickly. If not, he's simply needed depth.
