sk8termom	quick update - I signed up for my first 5k ever, at Notre Dame College on April 30. Wish me luck! Also, today only ran 2 miles, but 1 mile in 15 minutes, 2 miles in 31:22. The 1 mile is more than a minute faster than ever for me, the 2 miles was over 2 minutes faster. Unfortunately I couldn't quite complete 5k today, so maybe I went too fast. I have so much to learn.
