FATE	That's the problem, my friend... there is no personal responsibility. EVERYTHING is someone else's fault. How were any of these people supposed to know they were supposed to pay their bills on time? Or even pay their bills at all? Why be bothered with that if someone dumb enough to abide to those archaic morals can pay their way?
