Is it 12 per household per year or grow cycle? How can they tell you grew 12 in a previous harvest without checking your stash? And how many inside grow cycles could you complete per year? Hmmm.
It's up to six plants per person up to 12 total plants per household, at a time.
There should be absolutely zero limitations. None.
It has been legalized, the gov't should now get out of the way.
People can brew as much wine & beer as they want. They can even run their own distilleries at home. There is no
justifiable reason to limit what they can grow at home.
