FATE	We're putting together quite the pipeline of quality NFL FO candidates. Especially women and POC. It's nice that the league now rewards that... we may be receiving more 3rd round sup picks as compensation if these two are hired. We're banking the second of two 3rd round picks, this year, for the Viking's hiring of Kwesi Adofo-Mensah in '22. Looks like the Browns are single-handedly making more win-wins out of this than the entire league ever did with the Rooney Rule. Kudos.
