I am pretty sure that Flacco already hit his peak. Plus, I'm sure the FO knows that signing flacco would just cause a QB controversy that the team doesn't need.
Yeah heaven forbid we have a QB controversy. We'd rather finish dead last and keep losing with a bum. But hey, no controversies!
If having Flacco on the team created such a controversy, and we're SO hell bent on avoiding those (which is bunk) - then cut the bum Watson and move on.
