The report was released in March of 2000 for 1998. Twenty four years after the report was released it's all of a sudden doomsday, lol. That post reads like every other dumb post someone's crazy aunt that spends too much time on FB sends to everyone.

The birth rate for unmarried women in 1998 was 44.3 births per
1,000 unmarried women aged 15–44 years, 1 percent higher than in
1997 (44.0), but still 6 percent below its highest level, 46.9 in 1994.
The number of births to unmarried women increased 3 percent to
1,293,567 in 1998, the highest number ever reported. Most of this
3-percent increase is due to the 2-percent growth in the population of
unmarried women. The percent of all births occurring to unmarried
women rose from 32.4 to 32.8 percent in 1998
