When you have a newly-minted "performed above expected" on your ledger, analytics probably counts that as a win and suggests you don't jerk with the karma. I would guess he's done with those reps for the immediate future. I mean, unless they're confident he can perform at nearly the same spread on the left side.
Not to ever say this can't or won't happen. I just think it would be a bad idea in year two unless disaster strikes.
