bonefish	I think fans have a right to criticize Haslam for the many mistakes he has made as an owner. I don't think it is fair to say that Jimmy Haslam doesn't care about winning. The Browns have the highest payroll. The trade for DW was not made because they didn't care about winning. In fact just the opposite. It was a desperate move to try to win. Haslam wants to win. He just does not know how to make it happen.
