Omega-6s and the resulting inflammation is a very real issue that affects a large percentage of the population. If you eliminated the inflammation being caused in the American populace as a result of processed foods, drugs like Ozempic and the others we're inundated with commercials for would likely be relegated to being entirely unnecessary. I would even wager that entire categories of chronic illnesses would decline dramatically or disappear altogether.
Processed foods and America's addiction to sugar are a greater health threat than anything else in this country.
