The Baker pick set this franchise back 10 years. Could have had Josh Allen. Instead, we are watching the Bills in the playoffs. Berry tried to fix the mistake a QB with Watson and it did not work out.
If anything set us back, it was the Watson trade.
Also, keep in mind we had Hue Jackson when we drafted Baker. Allen took some time to get going. I have no doubt in my mind that Allen would have failed here in that tenure, with all the instability in coaching we had from 2018-2020.
