IMO there is no world where DW is the starter next year.
First I do not believe he will be physically able. Most likely a PUP candidate for the start of the season.
After that I think he is inactive on the roster.
They will bring in a veteran. DTR will be cut. Winston will not get a contract. The vet will most likely be Cousins. Rodgers may be considered.
They will draft a quarterback or trade for McCarthy.
DW is no longer in the Browns plans. He would have to look reborn. The team did not believe in him. He played his way off the roster.
Turnovers are a primary enemy of every team. We cannot have a repeat of the turnover numbers.
We must improve the run game. KS knows what must happen.
But the real heavyweight burden right now lies on Andrew Berry. His decisions will either move the team forward or sink them further.
