How is it you expect someone to manage a QB who made it clear he didn't want to come here in the first place and used his trade refusal clause in his contract to take the Browns off his list? Until of course they backed the backed the brinks truck up for him. You can't MAKE somebody want to be here.

All the information was available to our FO, coaches and the owner before the trade and still they decided to continue despite all the warning signs..
I simply can’t understand why. These are well educated men with loads of knowledge between them.
I fully understand that Jimmy, Andrew and Kevin wasn’t on the same page when it come to discipline and leadership.
You just can’t give an individual with character issues a carte blanche by giving him guaranteed money.
Stefanski was put in hand cuffs from the first second when they took all his tools away from him.
In hindsight the Browns leadership did everything possible to make this trade to be a failure.
Absolutely astonishing.
