If you're into mystery novels and thrillers Harlan Coben is my favorite author of that genre. He's written more than 25 best sellers.
Several of his books have been adapted into screen plays and limited series many of which are available on Netflix. But as per usual with any great author, once you read the book the screen adaptation never does it justice.
