PitDAWG	I don't believe Dart would be considered a high likelihood to be drafted before the Steelers at #21. The #20 pick is valued at 850 points. The #33 pick is valued at 580 points. That leaves a discrepancy of 270 points. Which is worth approximately the same value as the #62 or #63 pick in the draft. While it isn't a hard and fast rule, the draft value board gives you a guideline of the point value each draft pick is worth.....
