Why in the hell would the NFLPA change that?
Just protecting their members. I suppose the figuring is if the guy is eligible to come up any number of times, he is good enough to keep on the 54. Can't say I disagree.
What I would do is expand the roster by one player as long as the team carries 3 QB's.
