or I might join a gym that I can walk to in 10 minutes. I need to get off my arse and start exercising and I’ve always found a gym setting gets me inspired to stick with it. I’m 57 so it’s time to quit smoking cigarettes , and lay off the beer for awhile. It’s time to get real.

I know I can tend to get a little long-winded about Crossfit, but my only regret with it is not getting started with it sooner. I was first asked to give it a try in 2013, but didn't actually give it a go until 2017. In hindsight, I wish I could have started in 2007!
I'll be spending my Sunday at the gym, all day, but I'll be helping the owner put down a new floor, lol
I'll be lifting a little that day, though, because I have a meet in Tucson, AZ first week of December that I'm training for.
