I don't care if you, your mom and your whole family marches in the street to call them subsidies, they're still not.
The bottom line is it's another in a long list of failed attempts by you and yours to paint a picture (with crayons) that doesn't exist. None of this comes from taxpayers.
And just for the record, so you can move on to greener pastures for your goal posts, Musk and SpaceX (and maybe some insurance companies) bear all costs for any failed rocket attempt.
