TT gets no playing time it seems, goes to show you how the staff values his recent playing style. I only remember him in there for a flash tonight thus far.

As much as I liked/miss Frye, I'm so happy we got rid of IT and got Nance Jr. I didn't know much about him, but now after seeing him pretty consistently, we scored on that trade. Clarkson has been a nice piece too. Cheers LA.

Thinking of going to the last game of the year, what’s the odds that LeBron is resting for the playoffs by next Thursday?
There was discussion on the radio that LeBron wants to play all 82 games this year.
I think he'll play... just long enough to get his 10 points.
I'm assuming this is "fan appreciation night" as the last game always is. I've been to a few, we usually lose because we are down to the bottom of the bench by halftime. But then again, it is the Knicks.
IDK I like the idea of resting him, purposely, here and there. If the man wants to play though, each game - how do you deny someone of his caliber that? You don't. He's so fun to watch play. Defense, offense and man he can see the court for some excellent passes. Gotta cut his practice time down though. Like we did with Joe Thomas.
Lebron get a ton of minutes, but he's the master of keeping things in first gear as much as possible. He might play 40 minutes a night, but he's not really exerting himself for much of that.

aint that the truth..lol. on another note, I hope when George Hill comes back, Lue don't send Calderon to the bench never to be seen again.. I think Jose has proven he's a better option than Hill as the starting PG
Celtics reporting that Kyrie will be out for the rest of the season and playoffs because of knee surgery. Maybe we'll come out on top of this trade after all? Okay, probably not.

That depends how he plays the rest of his career. If he's entering another era of injuries like he had pre-Lebron, then we lucked out. If he's back to 100% next year and onward, maybe not. Then again, if Lebron leaves and we have a healthy Kyrie, we aren't title contenders anyway, so maybe a moot point.

We already have. Kyrie put us in an impossible situation by demanding a trade close to the start of the season. When we turned him into Thomas... and then unloaded him before another hip surgery, we already dodged the bullets as best as you can possibly hope. Not easy when someone else puts a bullet in the chamber and points it at your head.
We've indirectly turned Kyrie into a much younger squad with much less ego and a top draft pick that insures less hardship should LeBron decide to leave (he won't).

who knows.
if clarkson, nance, hill, and hood work out, it would've never happened if we didn't make the trade during the offseason.
kyrie was glass before lebron, during lebron, and after lebron.
He's missed 24% of his regular season career already. When you factor in his missed Finals games of 2015, that might have cost us a title.
I wonder how much the Cavs factored his health when attempting to flip him for Paul George. I'd bet a lot.
And yes Pastor, I will always support Kyrie for the 2016 Finals. Outside of when we're playing him, I hope he stays healthy and finishes off a HOF career. When we are playing him, I hope we beat his brains in...which is the same for every other opponent.
Kyrie played well for us and etc, he requested the trade and got what he wanted. No hard feelings. With that said, he just cannot ever stay on the court. Missing the entire playoffs, even worse.
I'd really like to see some of LBJ's minutes get cut short coming the second half. we got 76'ers tomorrow... I'm feeling this game though. The LBJ and Green connection is on point tonight.
Wow, that was great seeing Shack go after that other player.
What did he do?
It was an old video, obviously. Shaq said he told one of the refs he was going to go after a player if he kept fouling him, and he did. He took a swing at him, missed, then went after him some more (he fell on him). Everyone kinda piled on, trying to get him off the other guy.

Here it is:
That was kind of weak from my point of view. Yeah, he stood up for himself a bit, and I can see that but still:
1) Oakley was the one who really fouled him, so he went after Brad Miller instead. Nobody messed with Oak!
2) He took a swing at him when he wasn't even facing him. Kind of a chicken poop move.
3) He missed at point blank range. But then again, Shaq sucked at free throws.

Wow, it looks like lead complained us all the way to a win! Maybe he'll complain us all the way to a championship like he did 2 years ago. I'm going to add to the complaining.....Tristan Kardashian brings nothing to the table anymore.
As it should be. IMO, TT should't see much time in the playoffs, starting or coming off the bench. JR least gives you that chance to get into a scoring zone and etc, but yes, I can see why he could get pulled too. I figured TT was because I barely see him playing these last games.
I think we will see JR in spots. TT officially is the worst contract ever. How great has Jose been. He really turned a weakness into a strength on this team, he’s better than hill imo
Only way this team will make it out of the first round is if Lue is relieved of duties. It’s not a coincidence the defense went to hell since he was back. I said it before, philly is the team to beat in the east, not us
But Lue is back, which means we’re seeing stupid lineups again.
Yeah, I just don't want to see him here next year. I'd not complain if Drew just came back and took it over. TT all of a sudden playing a lot and what do you know... we getting whipped and dipped.
Ouch man... not sure this game will be coming back on after halftime. This is painful to watch. We must've burned ourselves out with last night's struggle at the end there or something.
I’m just trying to spin this, because honestly this sucks.
I could care less about the cheating, but this crap one game left in the season? Right before playoffs?
Real life is so much more dramatic than fiction.
Meh, I don't see it as that big of a deal. This happened back in October, so it's not like he did this recently. And he's not getting playoff minutes anyway, so I don't see how this really affects the team much. It's between TT and his girlfriend. Now, if he was caught making out with Gloria James, THEN I'd be concerned.

The article also said he was seen going into a motel room with another woman this past weekend. I'm afraid this story's going to follow us through the playoffs.

I can't wait till we're done with the Kardashian-West clan. We shipped Iman out now we just gotta wait to jettison TT. I hope Jordan Clarkson broke it off with Bella Hadid or he has to leave too.

He had a chick this past weekend, and one of those chicks apparently posted a sex tape on her IG last night.
When Kevin Durant re-signed with the Warriors over the summer he did so at a massive discount. The expectation was that he would take less than the max, but nobody expected him to sign the two-year $53 million deal he agreed to. It turns out, Durant didn't plan to stay in that contract for long.
According to Chris Haynes of ESPN, Durant plans to opt out of his contract in the upcoming summer to restructure his contract with the Warriors. In other words, he's going to set himself up to get paid a lot more money. Golden State Warriors All-Star Kevin Durant plans to decline his player option for the 2018-19 season and become an unrestricted free agent this summer, league sources tell ESPN.
However, his time on the open market will be brief.
A nine-time All-Star and the reigning NBA Finals MVP, Durant will be turning down a salary of $26.2 million, a figure well below that for a player of his caliber, in order to restructure a new deal with the Warriors, sources said.
It has yet to be decided what contractual route Durant will take, sources say, but there are no real incentives -- for himself or for the team -- to take such a drastic reduction in pay this time around.
Durant's discount was so Golden State could re-sign players such as Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston, but it also has given him the flexibility to make another move in the offseason. That kind of leverage and freedom is something a lot of superstar players strive for in their contracts. It's something LeBron James has been doing for multiple seasons. Now, Durant can go out and get the money he thinks he's worth.
Anybody who is hoping this will lead to the end of Durant's time with Golden State should probably wish for something else. Durant is only opting out so he can re-sign with the Warriors on another deal. The chances of him leaving Golden State are as close to zero as it gets.
I'm all for TT being released. Truthfully, the guy's play of recent isn't worth it. None of it.
I truly believe he's out of the rotation too come playoffs like what's been reported, so just move on.
Problem is you can't really "release" players in the NBA. The contract stays on the cap. And any player we sign to replace his spot on the roster is triple the cost because of the luxury tax.

Haven't we already done that with Perkins? It's on NBA.com we signed him so I'm taking it as a legit source.
CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed center Kendrick Perkins to a contract for the remainder of the season, Cavaliers General Manager Koby Altman announced on Wednesday.
Painful to watch us getting handled by a 28-53 team.
Saying we're going to face Pacers most likely.
According to CBS, at the half our personnel group was Holland. Thompson, Osman, Perrantes, and Zizic. I would be surprised to see Lebron after the half. He got his double digit scoring to maintain his streak.
Let's see ... we get Brooklyn's pick .... and the Nets and Knicks are tied in record ..... and we want the Knicks to win and the Nets to lose soi we get a better chance at the lottery .....
I expect Perkins to hit the floor at some point. LOL
Truth be told, I'm kind of glad we've got Indiana in the first round. Lebron tends to mail it in when playing Miami, and I want no part of Delly in a playoff series!
You don’t magically start playing defense. Lue needs to be gone
Defense isn't really the issue right now. We are shooting 20% from the field and 0% from 3.
Well Love doing his normal big game disappearing act hasn’t helped, but getting turnovers and running would get the offense back on track. Lebron needs to stop playing like a pansy and attack. He’s not doing any dominating. Make them defend you, get to the line and then everything will open up
With about 5 minutes left in the 3rd and the Cavs down by 22, I was hoping to get to the 4th down by only 12... down by 8 is well within striking range...
Who other than LeBron, JR, and Love have any real playoff experience? I'm hoping the same thing, win or lose, they need to start the game with more intensity.
The Pacers are bringing it because they have something to prove, they have hunger. Can't help but think the young Cavs just assumed LeBron will get this done in the end.
we'll sill win the series, but no chance we make the finals IMO
i'm not sure thats a given, we have alot going against, They owned us in the regular season, so they aren't scared of us. They matchup well with us. We have Lue, We still can't play defense and our offense has no flow. Next game is imo the biggest one of the series. We have to respond. It needs to be a convincing win, not this eek out a win type stuff...we need to return the blowout and get things back on track . Being the 4 seed we have the most difficult round 1 matchup. So its either going to make our break our playoff lives. We will either get bounced, or we will come together and roll, we've seen both sides of the coin from this team.
