How bad must Toronto feel, gonna be the one seed but they know they won’t get past cavs. Philly is the dangerous team in the east

Yep. The Cavs will be in The Finals again.

Doubtful they make it there without Altman making the necessary trades.

He don't make that trade would could have easily dropped out to the 7 or 8 seed..it was going horrible

That's for sure, that guy took a V-8 engine and swapped out the cracked cylinders and fine tuned the engine somethin' fierce.

Good balanced scoring from the starters on a night where they didn't get much from the bench.

Thinking of going to the last game of the year, what’s the odds that LeBron is resting for the playoffs by next Thursday?

Hoping it's WASH

There was discussion on the radio that LeBron wants to play all 82 games this year.

I think he'll play... just long enough to get his 10 points.

I'm assuming this is "fan appreciation night" as the last game always is. I've been to a few, we usually lose because we are down to the bottom of the bench by halftime. But then again, it is the Knicks.

That’s encouraging, don’t wanna ‘jinx’ it, but I wanna see LeBron play while he’s still playing for us.

In case he doesn’t play for us anymore.

IDK I like the idea of resting him, purposely, here and there. If the man wants to play though, each game - how do you deny someone of his caliber that? You don't. He's so fun to watch play. Defense, offense and man he can see the court for some excellent passes. Gotta cut his practice time down though. Like we did with Joe Thomas.

Lebron get a ton of minutes, but he's the master of keeping things in first gear as much as possible. He might play 40 minutes a night, but he's not really exerting himself for much of that.

aint that the truth..lol.
on another note, I hope when George Hill comes back, Lue don't send Calderon to the bench never to be seen again.. I think Jose has proven he's a better option than Hill as the starting PG

Celtics reporting that Kyrie will be out for the rest of the season and playoffs because of knee surgery. Maybe we'll come out on top of this trade after all? Okay, probably not.

That depends how he plays the rest of his career. If he's entering another era of injuries like he had pre-Lebron, then we lucked out. If he's back to 100% next year and onward, maybe not. Then again, if Lebron leaves and we have a healthy Kyrie, we aren't title contenders anyway, so maybe a moot point.

We already have. Kyrie put us in an impossible situation by demanding a trade close to the start of the season. When we turned him into Thomas... and then unloaded him before another hip surgery, we already dodged the bullets as best as you can possibly hope. Not easy when someone else puts a bullet in the chamber and points it at your head.

We've indirectly turned Kyrie into a much younger squad with much less ego and a top draft pick that insures less hardship should LeBron decide to leave (he won't).

who knows.

if clarkson, nance, hill, and hood work out, it would've never happened if we didn't make the trade during the offseason.

kyrie was glass before lebron, during lebron, and after lebron.

oh i'm appreciative of him. he's always gonna be that.

but that has nothing to due with the fact that he's always injured.
