Can someone give me an honest OBJECTIVE analysis of this issue?

Seeing commercials from both sides and I don't know who to trust.

Some people are trying to pass this off as nothing more than a feel good solution, but it says something that big pharma is spending mad bread on commercials to urge voters to vote no.

Basically if issue 2 is passed, it forces the state to purchase prescription drugs at the same rate as the VA. The VA typically pays less for meds, and this issue is trying to get the state to force the issue and buy the same drugs at the same price.
