Going to released by the Dolphins.
He is 31. Seems like a good fit for Williams.
But they may not want to make that kind of investment.
I have not followed him since he went to the fins.
At one time he was a monster.
Not sure at all about his $ worth or if he has much left in the tank.
I kinda doubt we will go after him.

I don't think there is any chance he signs with, but I'd sign him immediately if given the chance. I'll just leave this here:

I wonder if the Pats are regretting trading for Shelton now?
I'd take him too. Could you imagine having Garrett, Suh, Ogbah as the pillars
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Suh was making $20 mil a year. I doubt he plays for much less. I'll bet he retires before that. He would fit what GW wants but are we willing to offer that kind of money to a 31 year old lineman?

NO
I don’t want some loser costing us yardage because he wants to toss a QB like a rag doll or ‘inadvertently’ step on an O-lineman after a play is over.
What good does that do us?
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

He is 31 I seriously doubt anyone pays 20 mil for him.
I hope in lieu of that we sign him for a season we pay him close to 20 mil...hey we are going for playoffs and more!
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

I'll pass on Suh. I think he has a little left in the tank but his attitude has always bothered me as his dirty plays.

Shelton is a perfect fit for the Pats as nose tackle.
He didn't fit in Williams defense. [is /color]

No thanks.
My guess is Seattle finds a way to sign him. He's from Portland, and I used to see him every so often on the Nike campus when I worked there (I know he "interned" there as well) - so I know he gets home a bit.
Personal note on him - met him at an event on campus and talked with him on and off for 5 or 10 minutes - was a super nice guy to us.

Not the biggest fan of Suh...I'm sure he doesnt have much fans...
But I would love him for the fact of him avenging all of those cheap shots we have been crippled with. We could have our dirty player to match up with the Steelers, Ravens, and Bengals. Despite being up there at 31, dude is still a force and unblockable at times... However we can't control our locker room with a bunch of more or less nobodies, how can we control him?

I always liked Suh..I dont like how the NFL has become a pass happy league..It has made it unbearable for throwing flags..
Guys like sue doing that to a RB is hard nose football...Bring back hard nose football..and bring Suh here.

#79 Tony Pashos should have been on Suh like ugly on an ape after that. It would be worth getting tossed to send the message that we aren't putting up with that crap anymore. I hate how our QB's have taken brutal shots from the likes of Suh or Jerome Harrison and nobody does anything. Ask Doug Dieken what happened to Jack Lambert when he took a cheap shot on Brian Sipe near the Browns sideline - he got his ass handed to him by the entire bench is what happened. I get mad all over again, almost 8 years later seeing that gif.

He's a psycho. He's also 31.
Main problem though is, he's psychotic. We don't need that stuff in our room.

I agree. The thing I remember about him trying to tear Delhomme's head off was how all the O-lineman stood there and did nothing.
Suh took the Battle of the Barge seriously.
Having said that, I'd take him on the Browns.

I remember Bart Scott talking about how you could never allow something like that. He was referring to a cheap shot/bullying that (I think Pac-Man) did on Amari Cooper. Scott basically said, that any team he was on would go out there ready for a fight. I kinda thought it was a little much, but he had a point. And, Scott's teams were successful

I understand people not wanting the penalties, but damn could we use some nasty on that defensive line. I want someone who is going to strike fear. Who is going to annihilate your quarterback. I wouldn't be opposed to adding Suh. I doubt it happens, he'll want to join a contender, and I don't want to give up too much with an exciting young group of Ogunjobi/Brantley/Coley, but I feel like our unit could benefit from a monster. Everyone is too deep in their feelings. This is the defensive line. I don't want a hand shaking, smooth talking guy who is going to offer a post-game dinner date of steamed asparagus and chai tea. I want a guy who is going to make a quarterback crap his pants.

I am ok with leveling someone, but not dirty hits. Ripping someone's head off is dirty. Same reason I disliked Hines Ward. There are plenty of players who leveled people without being dirty.

Hey everyone first time visit here. Long time browns fan from Seattle. Born and raised in canton however.
So then talk of suh in Cle and season is all over. Local radio around here today joined a phone call from Miami radio to discuss such. The Miami radio voice suggest that suh was owned by a pair of patriots offensive lineman of far less pay grade way to often for the fins to continue with his high payroll.
That said we all know coach billichick skeams against what you want to do.
The discussion went on to discuss possible dollars. Somewhere around 10 million was though. I personally would let him end up on the 9ers or raiders.

He's chilled on his over the top antics lately. You guys saying he's a cancer are 100% off the mark. He just isn't an in house leader like Miami wants him to be on top of having a horrendous 2nd half contract. Think calvin Johnson. Quiet and runs alone but does his job. People just want to turn that negative because of his on field drama. I'd give him 20 a year right now

How could I possibly be upset signing this monster. I am 100% for spending Jimmy's money.
