Black Lives Matter (BLM) protesters issued “social justice” and “black liberation” demands regarding “diversity” to a restaurant owner in Louisville, KY, including a directive for “donations” to organizations run by non-whites.

Listed demands from a BLM affiliate in Louisville include racial quotas for staff and ownership of business suppliers, donations to organizations run by non-whites, and adjustment to dress codes. The posters used the acronym “BIPOC” (“black or indigenous persons of color”) as a euphemism for non-white persons:

23% of Staff is BIPOC in Front of House

23% of inventory is from BIPOC retailer(s)

Regular donations to BIPOC organization

Dress code policy does not discriminate against BIPOC patrons of employees.

Additional demands issued via the letter included the option to give 1.5 percent of revenues to a local “black nonprofit or organization” in lieu of purchasing a minimum of 23 percent of the business’s inventory from “black retailers,” mandated “diversity and inclusion training” for all employees, and displaying of left-wing messaging to support “reparations.”

Obviously if true and no other parameters to consider - I think everyone would condemn.

I do wish you would have added your post to the Black/White thread since we were already discussing the demands of BLM political organization.

Now, context is going to be compromised because things are spread out. It's always good to read the other threads before starting a new one.

There is a slight difference between their general demands, and these which in my opinion are racketeering. This is a demand that people run their busineses as they say, and pay protection money. This is illegal, as I recall.

If this is true, this should be the END of BLM.

IF this is true, the DOJ MUST pursue RICO(Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charges against them.

This will mean the government seizes all their bank accounts, takes any money and property they have, and the Democratic National Commietee will be forced to return every cent in donation money from BLM back so the money can be returned to the donors after the trial is over.

This is an outrage. This is the same thing the Sicilians used to do in the early 1900's:

"a guy named Guido would come into your shop and tell you that he knows this guy named Luigi that wants to burn down your store, but if you paid him protection money, he would make sure Luigi wouldn't do that"

This is proof that its only a matter of time before the government is going to have to CRUSH BLM under its oppressive boot heel with the military and counter-terrorism task forces under DHS. DHS was founded to deal with exactly what BLM is doing on homesoil. Its time to take the kid gloves off, tell DHS to deal with these people by ANY means necessary and get the hell out of the way and let them do their job!

DHS + Blackwater Mercenaries can put an end to these riots/protests nationwide and have all the leaders of BLM in cuffs charged with RICO Statues by the end of the week. So we can move on with life.

I really don't know what they are waiting on...probably the election. Regardless of who wins the election BLM has an expiration date, it will no longer serve any political purposes after November and the Federal government will then deal with them.
