He's interviewed Mike Evans, Gronk, Kelce, Andy Reid and Bruce Arians tonight. Every one of them were on an intellectual level that Irvin couldn't keep up with. Even Gronk.

I've never been impressed with him since his official Day One.

BUT... and this is an important 'but':

Each time Irvin begins to annoy me anew, I console myself with the fact that he's not Joey Porter .
That would truly be a cruel and unjust world in which to live.

Both he and Deion Sanders are tough for me to listen to during pregame or interviews

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

LOl....no kidding.

I agree, MI may not be the sharpest tool in the toolbox, but he does bring a fairness, a balance to his comments. His take is usually pretty solid. I appreciate that.

Can not watch the guy.

He brings nothing to the table. Except maybe wide ties and loud suits.

I have nothing against the guy except for his cowboy crap.

Actually I don't care for any of those shows.

I like NFL matchup to a degree.

The only guy I enjoy listening to is Brian Baldinger.

He is entertaining and informative. His breakdowns are excellent.

The only one of those shows I like is NFL Mornings. But that's because of Kay Adams. And for no noble reason, I just think she's beautiful.

The same could be said about Joe Buck. I think that guy is a disgrace to professional sports. There's even a Facebook group devoted to him called F Joe Buck!

j/c...

I actually enjoy Michael Irving. He brings enthusiasm and although he is WR based in his opinions. For some reason he brings a smile to my face when I hear him among all the other sophisticated talking heads on the panels.

Sanders...never liked his style. Just too over the top and always about him and those who mimic him in celebarations.

BTW...I love Chubbs stoic celebrations as they are so JIM BROWN. Hats off to Chubb! Got to love that guy!!!

Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off!
Go Browns!
