I've been surrounded by veterans my entire life. From my uncles to my grandpa to my dad. Living very close to Wright Patterson Air force Base most of my life there were service members everywhere I went. Even some of my Dayton Browns buddies are veterans. Many veterans are paying a price some of us will never understand or have to experience. The struggles of PTSD. Their life has forever been changed.

All of us owe a profound debt of gratitude to our veterans not just of the present but of the past as well. They do not choose the mission or where they are deployed. They are there simply to serve our country. There is no nobler of a cause than that.

I send all of our nations veterans both present and past a great and unmeasurable amount of thanks and wish you nothing less than all life can offer you moving forward.

The greatest shame of our nation are the homeless and mentally ill veterans living on our streets. If anyone deserves our help and support, it's them.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

The National Park Service in partnership with Operation Live Well would like to thank military personnel and their families for their service and invite them to enjoy their national parks.

The free Military Pass is a way to thank current US military members and their dependents, Gold Star Families, and US military veterans for their support of our country and to encourage them to explore recreational opportunities on their public lands and waters.

A free lifetime Military Pass is available for Gold Star Families and US military veterans. A free annual Military Pass is available for current US military members and their dependents. The passes provide free access to more than 2,000 federal recreation areas, including national parks, wildlife refuges, and forests.

jack...Vietnam was winding down by the time I finished my first year of tech school and the ojt for my career field, so NO, I never went to Nam.

I did have the honor of being on duty when Operation Homecoming flights that brought returning Vietnam POWs back to the USA in 1973. Wright Pat medical center was uniquely qualified to debrief and care for the needs of POWs from this part of the U.S.

Serving in the military was one of most rewarding parts of my life...the honor was mine.
