My first thought is NO WAY would I sign Jake Long with what we have already invested in our OTs...

Are you moving Long to OG? Seems like a waste.
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

are you saying 1 of those guys for the draft? unless we trade down (and probably only with the Rams for their 2x1st rounders) there isn't really a way we get more than 1 of those guys. and yeah, as others noted, there's no reason to sign Jake Long. someone will sign him as a LT for LT money and we have a pretty good one at that spot

Hey, it's your wishlist. Ask for the moon. I think Long would be a bit redundant. We have Thomas and spent a high pick last year for Schwartz on the right side. My wishlist would include cloning Bernie Kosar.

Here's my somewhat Realistic Wish List:
Free Agency
LB - Dannelle Ellerby/Cliff Avrill - Must get 1 CB - Keenan Lewis/Antoine Cason/DRC/Aquib Talib - Must get 1 TE - Fred Davis/Martellus Bennett - Must get 1 QB (Backup)- Jason Campbell OG - Louis Vasquez/Donald Thomas/Brandon Moore - Would be nice to get 1 K - Since Dawson is leaving... Billy Cundiff (did a nice job here a few years back)
Draft
1- Barkevious Mingo OLB/DE Hybrid 3- Bacarri Rambo - S 4-7 = BPA

Looks acceptable .. you lost me on jason Campbell though, and Mingo may be ok if Jones and Milliner are gone ... JMHO

+1
He was a deer in headlights in Chicago last season. No thanks. I'd rather keep McCoy.
But I liked the rest of the full list though.

I do expect Millner to be gone and this may sound odd but even if he weren't... I'd pass. I'd rather have a veteren CB out of free agency and spend that pick on a pass rusher. I like Millner but I don't think he'll ever be better than Joe Haden.. who we spent the 7th pick on. I just think this isn't a great draft for Top CB prospects. Just my two cents..
Also RE: Jason Campbell - I did put down that it was for a BACKUP spot. Just think he fits the bill better than Colt McCoy.. and I'd rather have Campbell than someone like DA, Chase Daniel, etc etc.

Agree or set me straight. Have at it guys.
Vasquez, Shields and Avril all sound good to me however Jake Long would be a waste of money considering we don't need help at tackle, we need help at guard. I wouldn't get your hopes up about that.
As far as your draft goes, all four of the guys you mentioned are projected to be first round picks, so I don't know which guy you actually want. If we're able to sign a guard, and a good pass rusher or two in free agency I'm not opposed to taking Ansah or Hankins in the 1st round.
This is my wish list...
Free Agency.
Louis Vasquez - OG/San Diego Paul Kruger - OLB/Baltimore Cliff Avril - DE/Detroit Antione Cason - CB/San Diego Keenan Allen - CB/Pittsburgh Julian Edelmen - WR/New England Brandon Meyers - TE/Oakland
Trade for Ryan Mallet QB/New England to compete with Weeden.
Draft...
Trade down for an extra 2nd round pick...
1st Round - Jonathan Cooper OG/North Carolina 2nd Round - Matt Elam S/Florida 3rd Round - John Simon OLB/Ohio State 4th Round - William Gholston DE/Michigan State 5th Round - Ace Sanders WR/South Carolina
We address virtually every need on the team with an offseason like this...
That might be too many free agents, if we can sign 3 or 4 of them I would be happy...

So what do you see us trading in order to get Mallet?
How does a league celebrating its 100th season only recognize the 53 most recent championships?

Give me Kruger, Avril and Ellerbe and I'd be good.
I'm looking at four solid signings for us. I believe guys will love to play in Hortons D.

WR's are drained now in the FA market. No one left going after unless we want our 30 yr old QB throwing to our 32 yr old WR.
You're right. I don't know where my head was on Jake Long. Joe Thomas is the premier playing in the NFL today.
Absolutely not on Brandon Moore. The guy will be 33.
Cliff Avril should be our number one priority.
I guess we will know our free agency scheme in about an hour and a half.
Never have hope. You won’t be disappointed.

There are plenty of wide receivers that are worth going after that are relatively young:
Danny Amendola - 27 Brandon Gibson - 25 Danario Alexander - 24 Julian Edelman - 26
