Who was cut by Tampa, and has since resigned with Cincy..

Someone said we were getting as of now a 4th 2 5ths and a 6th, that was before Ayhtaba Rubin moved on so we may be getting 5 picks ...

Each team is allowed a maximum of four compensatory picks, and selections will only be awarded to organizations that signed fewer players than they lost to free agency. That does not include players cut, players released after signing the year before or players making the league minimum. link

I have no idea. For that matter, nobody else but the NFL does either.
I know for a fact the picks can't be traded. I am pretty darn sure teams can only get 4 max. I am also sure only 32 picks are awarded. If there aren't 32 awarded, the remainder are awarded like there was a 8th round.
I also know the awarded picks are based on what happened last year. Not here in the last few weeks. Losing guys like Cameron will come in to play in the next draft.

We only lost 5 FA's and canceled Cameron with Tramon. We are projected to get 4. ! 4th, 2 5ths and a 6th from what I've read. I'm pretty sure that's been but people seemed confused.

Having 10 draft picks this year, and then at least 11 next year sounds pretty good to me, that's how you build through the draft! The way Farmer played this free agency period was extremely smart in my opinion. He hit on seven rookies his first draft (not even counting Manziel/Gilbert). I can't wait to see how he does these next two years.
