No Dwayne Bowe, Bibbs, or Des Bryant

IMO this will be a close game ... we need to play well defensively to be in it

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

The inactives for today:

Browns declared WR Dwayne Bowe, QB Austin Davis, RB Robert Turbin, DB K’Waun Williams, LB Scott Solomon, TE E.J. Bibbs, and DL Desmond Bryant inactive for Week 3 against the Raiders.

Statistics are like a bikini; what they show is interesting, but what they hide is vital.

Wow, can we cut Dwayne Bowe like right about now?

Need some survivor advice from anyone willing:

Do I pick:

Patriots over Jags
Seahawks over Bears
Panthers over Saints

I'd go with the panthers. In a survivor league. You have to assume the Pats are going to keep on winning. Save them for later. You have to assume the Seahawks will get it together later in the year. Save them for later.

Bowe is a total waste. I hope with Cooper, we aren't even more a liability at stopping the run...

I went with the Patriots this week.

I don't believe in saving teams in a survivor pool because you may end up getting booted before you get to use them.

I would skip Seattle because they aren't playing well right now.

About half the league I am in went with the Panthers FWIW

And you may have a valid point there.

Risk taking an "almost" sure win today, to survive........vs. saving a team for later.

Dwayne Bowe might end his Cleveland career with 0 receptions

I would be a zillion times more pumped up if Manziel was starting today. I feel kinda blah now. Manziel just brought some much needed EXCITEMENT to the fold, a "What could happen?" mindset, something we desperately need here Browns Town.

Browns have to win today, after this is gets TOUGH. Finding wins this year won't be easy this year. Losing to the Raiders at home won't bode well at the end of the year....
