Week 2:
Teddy Bridgewater 14/18 153 yards (including 49 on an underhanded flip to the best RB since Barry Sanders), 1 TD, 0 INT
+4.0
Week 3:
Aaron Rodgers 24/35 333 yards, 5 TD, 0 INT
-0.7
/PFFfft Exactly, I'm done with them. Not that I ever went to their site, but if someone on this board said player X had a good game because PFF graded them a +4.0 I would have believed them. As of now, PFF is as credible as Brian Williams.

I think they are useful for some things... they track snap counts and tendencies and stuff like that, but their evaluation metric is absurd.
*edit* And I think the acme of foolishness that I saw for them was last year, calling the Browns (who were 32nd in the league against the run) the best-tackling team in football. I mean... come on.

Because 2/5ths of the OLine is 90% of the problem? LOL.. I just envisioned you dropping the mic and walking off stage.

Packers should dump Rodgers, can't even get a positive score with PFF?
OK, I'll give them any player on our team for Rodgers, except Joe T. They really need to dump their QB and move on to find a QB who could score positive numbers.
We don't have to agree with each other, to respect each others opinion.

Gimme ice skating scoring for reliability. This subjective stuff is ludicrous. Except we were really, really bad in spots. Seems brutal to assign a number to lousy.
Fix something this week. Too much jawbone.

The point isn't whether it's subjective or not, it's whether it's consistent. If Rodger's game will always grade out to a slight negative +/- a reasonable margin of error then the methodology can be relied upon for comparative analysis.
