Please, Gruden does not know crap!!.. His last years in TB were terrible. Plus, he is paid 6.2 Mil to talk.. he aint leaving that job. Same for Cohwer! He took the Raiders to the playoffs and the following year won the SB in Tampa. He may not be the greatest coach but he is better than anything we've had here since the return. And he will absolutely go apeshit if we lose.
