This team is embarrassing. Pettine and his pathetic scheme need to go I think the last coaching search proves that nobody credible wants to coach here. We are stuck with new HC candidates and experimental coordinators. We'd have to go after someone controversial if we want someone with experience. Like who?

Told you all from game one that Shelton was not doing a thing ( didn't no what I was talking about ) yea right ! Pettine will not change his ways ( scheme ) .. You have to ask yourself is it the personel or the Coaching .. I was not all that thrilled the way Flip started , but he is doing a better job game in and out now , really improving !

Minus Chud I don't think any of our hires can really be labeled as truly "experimental". Pettine is a pretty true blue Ryan guy who forgot to show up for Rex's running defense seminars. Honestly trying to go an experimental route wouldn't be the worst. It's better than getting a "retread-lite" coach.
