For the first time in forever, I'm not going to watch live, I'm doing my son's senior pics today. I might catch the first quarter or so waiting on the light to get better, it's pretty harsh today.

Crowell getting an earful all week and may have lost his chance as Turbin's reps get going. Even "I'm everyone's friend" Pettine said Crowell can't use the toe injury as an excuse anymore.

Excuse for WHAT? When given the CHANCE Crowell has played well. Not great but well. How is it his fault that Flip has no clue how to build and nurture a running game? These idiots seem to think you can pass every down, then on a whim decide to run the ball and the run game should magically be there.... You have to WANT to run the ball. You have to WORK at it. It takes a good deal of time and effort to build and maintain a solid running game. Have we tried at all to get the run game going? No. Didn't work on it much in camp or preseason. First 6 weeks of the season they barely ran it at all. It was an after thought. Now the weather is turning they think they can turn it on like flipping a switch. Our run game went South with Shanahan. That's not Crowell's fault. That said, if another RB is having more luck you go with him. But our trouble running the ball is on the coaching staff....

I will optimistically take the over. you thinking the Browns' will have blown the out?  t They are finally on TV here in PDX so I get to watch and then on Thursday - first time in a few years I get to watch back to back! I have to clean and fill the hot tub, mow and rake the yard, clean the gutters...but I'll watch the Browns..

I've been positive about this team when I thought it was warranted. How much thought does take to see our 2-5 team will have trouble with the Cardinals? I suppose you believe we are a lock to win because the Browns are the greatest team in the league? Our defense is top five? Why the hell would ANYONE think we will easily win today? I made a steak this morning, sautéed with onions and a ton of garlic. Man, was it freakin' great!! I did the same thing a couple of days ago. I love it! (Now I stink like garlic, but that's another story.)
